The 3rd Traditional Unity Night and Award Ceremony of Altanlar Group Was Held on February 15 at Dedeman Hotel with Nearly 400 Participants
The 3rd Traditional Unity Night and Award Ceremony of Altanlar Group took place on February 15 at Dedeman Hotel, bringing together nearly 400 participants, including global business partners, bank representatives, the entire Altanlar Group family, and their spouses.
During the 3rd Traditional Unity Night, awards were presented in various categories, such as Sales King of the Year, Most Influential Sales Representative of the Year, Most Effective Warehouse Manager of the Year, Most Effective Distribution Manager of the Year, Most Influential Individual in Different Fields, Best Duo of the Year, Breakthrough of the Year, Most Influential Team of the Year, and Team with the Most Impactful Achievements of the Year. The awards were handed out by Altanlar Group managers from 9 provinces, the Group’s Operations Development Manager Altan Ünlüer, Operations Manager Cihat Erbiş, and General Manager Cem Ünlüer.
The Most Influential Team of the Year award went to the team from Trabzon, while the Team with the Most Impactful Achievements of the Year award was given to the team from Samsun. The awards for these categories were personally presented by General Manager Cem Ünlüer to the respective managers of Trabzon and Samsun.
In his opening speech, Altanlar Group Operations Development Manager Altan Ünlüer began by explaining that the company’s name comes from his grandfather and the company’s founder, Altan Ünlüer, not from himself. He shared that he accepted a job offer from General Manager Cem Ünlüer nine months ago, shortly after graduating from university. Altan Ünlüer expressed his excitement about the future, stating, “The year 2020 will be a year full of success, excitement, and innovation for us. In recent years, especially in the last seven years, we have grown significantly, and we will continue to grow. We will grow together. We will make it grow together. Together, we are stronger.”
Altanlar Group Operations Manager Cihat Erbiş emphasized the power of unity in his speech, saying, “We walked toward the same goals in different provinces. Even when we were apart, we achieved success together. Now is the perfect time to enjoy together.”
Altanlar Group General Manager Cem Ünlüer expressed his gratitude to the business partners, managers, bank representatives, and the entire team who attended the event. He stated that the Group would continue to grow and develop in 2020 and the years to come.
The core values highlighted during the event through stage visuals and specially prepared videos were Integrity, Transparency, Reliability, and Respectability.
The evening began with photographs from Altanlar Group’s 50th-anniversary Unity Night and continued with a video showcasing the Group’s goals and team spirit. The night concluded with an unforgettable performance by TRT artist İhsan Güvenç, who entertained the entire team.
